Popular  Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele is enlarging her coast beyond Africa as she is set to spend quality time with her United Kingdom fans. As part of celebrations for her 39th birthday, Funke will be visiting four cities across the United Kingdom. The award winning actress, who became popular off her movie series, Jenifa, made the announcement via her Instagram page. Two weeks after the death of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade, some details have surfaced suggesting that the late monarch probably had a premonition of his death. Former spokesperson to President Muhammadu Buhari and Human rights activist, Yinka Odumakin, has petitioned the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) alleging financial recklessness and corruption against Osun State Governor, Mr. Rauf Aregbesola. Today, our dear state has become the embodiment of lack, poverty, purposelessness, wickedness and insensitivity of political leaders of the highest order in the country”  the petition noted. US-Based Nigerian Father Sends Sons To Nigeria For A Year

A man who was born and raised in Nigeria and then moved to the United States has taken the unusual step of sending his two sons to spend their seventh grade in Nigeria for them to learn the essence of gratitude. According to a WCPO report, the 14-year-old twins Noble and Evan Nwankwo spent nearly a year at Mea Mater Elizabeth High School in Enugu, starting their day with 5am exercise and prayer. Used to the comforts of living in a country club with the family, the boys were placed in different conditions, where there was no help from mom on homework or washing clothes.
